  Joe Casseri at this State Farm location is the kind of insurance agent you can trust. He goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable with everything you're getting and is happy to answer any questions you have. After getting out of an aggravating incident with Nationwide and being made to feel like just another nobody, Joe at State Farm was a refreshing change. From the moment you speak to him you can tell he actually cares about the people he's helping. And what's more, Meredith (who I believe handles the initial calls) is just as sweet and helpful! While I didn't get a chance to meet Michael Casseri, I can only assume he follow suit.
  
  They're very open about how you can contact them (text, calling during the day, email) and (aside from the car photos) it can all be easily done over the phone. All of your questions and requests are treated with respect and urgency.
  
  I absolutely cannot recommend them enough. Looking forward to my next interaction with them! Thanks again, Joe!
