  We are big fans of Sears Repair Service. The technician arrived as scheduled, calling ahead to alert us. He diagnosed the problem with our Whirlpool refrigerator which is about 3 years old. We had 3 service calls by the local appliance store we purchased from; they misdiagnosed why our fridge was warm. Sears Repair Technician fixed it and now our food doesn't spoil, our refrigerator is appropriately cold. The technician was knowledgeable and polite. Definitely would recommend Sears Appliance Repair.
