  I purchased a coupon on Deal Chicken. Premier Audio can not give you an appointment for 30 days. You can only get a refund for 14 days. The site lists two locations Williamsville and Orchard Park. There is no Williamsville location according to whoever answered their phone. Since I could not get it installed within the refund period and the location I needed was not there I did not get it installed. I am going to try and get a refund.
  
  On Line it states they open at 9 am they may but the don't answer the phone until noon.
  
  I am going to go someplace else.
